Their price is their cheapest plan that fits, billed monthly, counting one monitor per website, from their pricing page on October 22, 2026. Ours is the price list today, worked out the same way as on our pricing page.
Where Pingdom is the better fit
- You want to see how fast pages load for your real visitors. Pingdom offers real user monitoring; Pingerer checks your sites from outside, the way a visitor would, but doesn't measure real visits.
- Your company already buys from SolarWinds, Pingdom's owner, and wants everything on one bill.
Where Pingerer is the better fit
- You want to try it for free, for as long as you like. The free plan has no time limit and doesn't ask for a card.
- You look after more than a few sites. At 100 websites Pingerer is $36 a month next to Pingdom's $149.
- You want a status page for each client or product, not one for the whole organization.
- You want the things that quietly break caught too: an expiring domain, a backup that stopped running, an email record that sends your invoices to spam.
Switching takes a few minutes
Sign up, open Sites › Bring your monitors, choose Pingdom and paste a read-only API key. Pingerer shows you everything it found before it adds anything, and nothing changes in your Pingdom account, so you can run both side by side until you're happy. How importing works.
